復興航空宣布全面停飛，旗下153名機師過年前瞬間失業，民航局昨協調長榮、華航等公司接手興航機師，兩公司同意舉辦招考，分別在今、明日舉行說明會，延攬優秀人才。
目前復興航空A320、A321機師有92人、ATR機隊有61人，共153人，傳出有外籍航空公司已透過管道徵才，桃園市機師職業工會呼籲國籍航空公司，把人才留在台灣，緩解機師人力長期不足的問題。
民航局昨向長榮及華航協調，兩家公司同意舉辦招考，歡迎復興機師報名。長榮今日將到民航局，針對興航機師舉辦說明會，上、下午各一場，由長榮教官說明公司文化、制度等事項；華航的說明會則預計明日至興航舉行。
復興航空退出市場後，只剩長榮集團擁有ATR機型，民航局盼長榮能考慮接收興航駕駛。長榮航空發言人柯金成表示，公司經過考慮後同意舉行招募，包括ATR、A321、A330、B777等機隊，目前機師缺額約5、60名，歡迎有志者報考。
柯金成強調，飛安不容許有折扣，因此考試上不會有禮遇，會維持一貫的嚴格標準。
華航則說，平常一直都在招募機師，名額目前沒有設限，只要是優秀人才就會錄取，通過培訓、認證課程，即能成為華航一員。
至於空服員部分，因興航的飛機內裝、廚房、餐具與兩家航空公司不同，可能無法比照舉行招考。柯金成則表示，公司昨日先討論機師缺口的部分，空服員問題要再等內部評估，才與民航局討論；華航表示，未考慮空服員考選事宜。
